IN CASE OF COMPLAINT AGAINST INDIA INTERNATIONAL DEPOSITORY IFSC LIMITED (IIDI)

    Appeal against the resolution provided by IGRC of IIDI can be filed with International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) at;
    grievance-redressal@ifsca.gov.in

IN CASE OF COMPLAINT AGAINST DEPOSITORY PARTICIPANT OR VAULT MANAGERS REGISTERED WITH IIDI

  • First, contact the relevant Depository Participant (DP) or Vault Manager (VM) to resolve the dispute. In case of appeal against the resolution provided by DP or VM, please reach out to the Complaint Redressal Officer of IIDI.
